Standard Shipping + Handling
Christmas deliveries not guarenteed for orders placed after December 12th.
See Jane Work primarily uses FedEx for shipping and tracking packages. Orders placed by 12 Noon PST Monday through Friday will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days using standard shipping. A few items we carry may require additional shipping charges due to size, weight, or other special handling considerations. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be shipped at our regular shipping and processing fee, with an additional charge of $10. We regret that we cannot ship to countries outside of the US and Canada.
Please note, orders that ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses will ship via USPS and may require a longer lead time. We recommend that customers use their physical address for shipping whenever possible.
Canadian Shipping
The shipping rate to Canada is a flat fee of $35. The customer will be responsible for any additional duties and taxes.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is not available at this time. If you have special circumstances requiring expedited delivery, please call our customer service department and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
Return and Exchange Policy
When you ordered your desk set, you were sure your signature color was salmon pink. But then the new-hire in accounting showed up at staff meeting with a salmon pink folio and now you're seeing yourself as more of an aqua blue kind of gal.
Not, to worry. If anything you order, or receive as a gift, from See Jane Work fails to meet your expectations, for any reason, send it back to us unused within 30 days of the delivery date, and we will promptly refund 100% of your purchase price, less the original shipping costs. After 30 days we will gladly issue store credit for the full value of the returned item(s). . In order to receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in new, undamaged condition. Please take care when packaging items for return.
