The great thing about growing up with siblings is that it forces you to be thick-skinned, my sisters told me my ideas were stupid plenty of times. When I started See Jane Work and everyone told me it was a bad idea, I persisted, and well---you know how that turned out. When I came up with the idea for a Mousepad Coaster Set, top executives in the office supply industry said no one would buy it. They said no one uses a mouse anymore, and no one has a drink at their desk, because of the risk of spilling something near a computer. Once again you helped me prove them wrong, and that provides as much joy as actually having a cool mousepad and coaster on my desk.
