Return Policy

When you ordered your desk set, you were sure your signature color was salmon pink. But then the new-hire in accounting showed up at the staff meeting with a salmon pink folio and now you’re seeing yourself as more of an aqua blue kind of gal. Not to worry, you can return eligible items for refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the order. Exchanges are easy, if you use our prepaid shipping label, return shipping is free!

Shipping

When processing a return or exchange you will have the option to print a prepaid shipping label or arrange and pay for your own return shipping. You will not be charged for return shipping when exchanging a product. If you choose to return an item, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If using or prepaid shipping label for a return, $5.00 will be deducted from your refund.

Ineligible Items

Items non-eligible for return or exchange include: custom printed products, gift cards, final sale items, items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. Your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment, please allow up to 10 days.

Backorders

From time to time we will have merchandise available for purchase that due to overwhelming demand has sold out and is in the process of being re-stocked. You may still order these items if they are available on our website and your order will ship when our stock is replenished. We make an attempt to email all customers with backordered items, and provide an estimated ship date. Please note that some items require a lead time which is displayed on the product page and will provide an estimated ship date.

Late or Missing Refunds

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take some time for a credit to post. If it has been more than 10 days since your return was received and you have not received a credit, please contact customer service.

Gifts

Eligible items received as a gift may be exchanged within 30 days of order delivery. If you prefer, the gift giver may submit the return, in accordance with refund policies, for a credit to the original form of payment.
