See Jane Work primarily uses FedEx for shipping and tracking packages. Orders will ship from our warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida within 2-3 business days using standard shipping. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. A few items we carry may require additional processing time due to size, weight, or other special handling considerations.
Shipping
When processing a return or exchange you will have the option to print a prepaid shipping label or arrange and pay for your own return shipping. You will not be charged for return shipping when exchanging a product. If you choose to return an item, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If using or prepaid shipping label for a return, $5.00 will be deducted from your refund.
